And what allows me to provide my clients with the care and service they deserve is by managing my time and protecting it with boundaries.

What that means:

  • Communication (i.e. calls, emails, and text messages, etc.) about a specific order are returned—usually by text message—within 72 business hours.

  • Progress reports for active orders are given every 2 weeks until installation.

  • Calls and text messages are accepted after 10am or before 6pm CST.
